5I have one of these before every gym session and it keeps me going throughput all of my workout!! It’s amazing because you don’t have to mix it with water to drink so can take it quickly and have a protein shake or bcaa straight afterGoes Well With:I take it with the clear isolate protein powder and it goes amazing and keeps me energised

5I've tried both flavours and they are very tangy! Give you a good boost before a workout. I take mine about 30 minutes before I get the gym for the full effect.

5Take everytime before a run, cycle, swim or gym session. easy to consume and feel the impact immediately to get you buzzing and hyped up. Probably wouldn't take close to bedtime though!
