Does a decent job
4Good price, tastes like a slightly sour tropical capri sun, getting a buzz effect is a bit hit and miss but does make me feel more energetic and ready for my workout regardless.

I like them
5Easy to use and the Berry tastes decent. I use these as spare pre workout doses and keep them in my gym bag for whenever I can fit in an unplanned training session or forget my usual MP pre workout. I have found they def give me more energy. Convenient, easy to carry and use.

It works
5Wow, the first time I took it in the charging rooms before lifting and wasn't sure it was that effective. But after 15-30mins it really kicks in and you're off the races. Seems to work better on cardio for me, the extra energy and stamina you get is incredible. Almost euphoric. The only downside is you sweat much worse but that's probably a side effect of the extra performance as contents. And it takes horrible.

Excellent product
5Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Helped me achieve 45kg dumbbell chest press. I would recommend taking it about 20 mins before exercise so it has time to kick in. However it did not taste very nice even though it was effective if I bought it again I would go for another flavour.Goes Well With:Water as it dilutes the strong sour flavour

5These really get you fired up for gym. Make my face tingle a bit but that goes quite quickly. Great for convenience and not having to mix up with water!
