Pre-Workout Gel Tropical Storm
4Good product but it has a bit of a sour taste when you get half way through the pouch. Nice and easy as already pre-mixed and ready to use for on the go.

Good but dodgy stats MP!
2A good pre-workout gel but what’s the correct nutritional info MP?! The box says 188mg caffeine per 50g in the ingredients table but then 221mg per 50g in the text description… sort it out.

5So I’ve been looking for a certain brand for fitness for some time now and I’ve got to say after getting a few of their products I’ve never gone back, Made perfectly, super tasty and it’s also cost effective compared to other fitness brands. Great pouches for travel
4Bought these to go on holiday rather than take my usual tub of pre workout. Great for packing, lovely taste straight from the ouch. Not as strong as my usual pre but great for those needing less punch.

Works great.
5Good for on the go and no need to mix it with anything so just take 20/30 min before your workout. I use them before my heavy lifting days and i do notice a difference helps me have that little bit extra energy to get that last rep in. Also i sometimes take it before my circuit class which involves lifting at a pace especially on those days where im lacking energy this really helps. The taste maybe isn't that great but its not bad either.
