Great flavour
5Great flavour protein, I use it in a healthy yet high protein diet for my strongman journey! It’s easy to mix no lumps and tastes amazing 100% going to buy again Goes Well With:Chicken and rice On its own after the gym It before bed

5So I’ve been looking for a certain brand for fitness for some time now and I’ve got to say after getting a few of their products I’ve never gone back, Made perfectly, super tasty and it’s also cost effective compared to other fitness brands. Natural Strawberry taste but small weird aftertaste
5Delivery took 7 days to Ireland which was great. Nicely packaged as always. Mixed great just the after taste is a bit weird. It's not strong at all so I don't mind. The main flavour is great.Goes Well With:Water, Milk

I have no words to give it justice be honest
5I've been a gym goer and bodybuilder for 35years and in that time I've tried so many different proteins, to many to even remember but I felt none really delivered what they claimed. For the first time this year I've stated to use TOTAL PROTEIN from My Protein and to my surprise and pleasure, for the first time I felt it actaully delieved what is claimed. It's a realy, realy good all round complete protein which gives me everything I need in helping me not only maintain my muscle size but I truly believe it's helping me build on what I've got. I use it as a breakfats shake with added fruit and Peanut butter mixed in. During the day to supliment my protein intake, post training as the blended protein gets to the areas quicky and give me what I need post training and, before bed again with the blended proteins gives me a time release throughout the night. I choose Vanilla, really nice taste and mixes beutifully. I have't tried the other flavours but would love a banana flavour option. But all in all a great protein that actaully works. Goes Well With:Fruit and peanut butter or on it's own is just as good.
