Seriously great stuff
4I have been totally hooked on the taste since day one, makes mixing for morning shakes something to look forward to, lowering the chance i forget days. If you're looking for maximum mixability, maybe go flavourless, as i found making a mushroom soup with vanilla powder isn't ideal. All in all, if you need protein, this has the best ratio's ingredients wise, really top stuff. I will mention however, i have never fart3d more in my entire life. It has to be this stuff, can't think what else i've been eating. Genuinely something to think about.Goes Well With:Milk and literally anything you can stomach

5Mixes well and the vanilla tastes great, no complaints! Goes Well With:I tend to mix it with water, but is nice with Semi-skimmed milk too.

Better Than Whey
5I’ve been using the Impact Whey and Whey Isolate for a while now, but recently switched to Total to see if it helped with satiety, and it does! It’s creamy, blends well with no grittiness, and as far as I can tell, is effective. Vanilla is nice, not too sweet, to go in oatmeal/shakes/bakes. Strawberry is like nesquick! I can’t seem to find a chocolate protein that doesn’t taste weird and powdery though.

Excellent Value for Money
5I looked long and hard for a value for money protein source since the recent cost of living crisis. I initially chose Total Protein for the price point. Upon using the product o believe its quality and taste rivals Whey Isolate. Superb value for and I would definitely recommend Total Protein 👍👍Goes Well With:Oats when blended with the unflavoured version.

Tastes good and easy on the stomach.
4Does what it should. Very good protein bland that tastes nice and is easy to digest. I get bad guys with the Impact Whey. After I started using this blend my digestive system behaved better and I’m definitely recovering better from hard workouts.Goes Well With:Oats and frozen berries in a post workout smoothly.

My go to protein powder
4Consisting of 3 different types of protein this has become my go to post training shake. With a phased release form the differing protein sources I have protein entering my system throughout the day. I mix 3 scoops in one shake which goes a long way into hitting my daily protein goals. It is a bit pricier nowadays however, if you're smart you'll wait for the inevitable offers and stock up then. Goes Well With:Water
