I'd buy again
4With protein costs increasing along with everything else these days, I was looking for a cheaper alternative to Impact Whey Protein that I usually buy. Seeing a protein blend and the lower cost, I did a bit of research, and there is a school of thought that, unless you are an elite athlete (sadly I am not), then there is little to be gained from having a fast digesting protein, and a protein blend may actually allow for a more steady way of feeding your muscles. I have been consuming this for a few weeks now, and I have seen some results. Now, I'm not saying that these results have come just from changing the protein I am consuming - maybe I have upped the intensity, but I am certainly building muscle as least as well as with just whey, if not more. So for building muscle, this seems to be just as good, but lower in cost. Some minor downsides, it doesn't mix or taste quite as good, but it is still OK.Goes Well With:I mix it with milk - more protein and doesn't matter about the speed of absorption. I have also consumed with water, it is fine, mixes better then.

Best tasting protein powder
5Out of all the flavours of protein powder this is my favourite. It’s not brackish, mixes well and tastes really pretty good. As for its effectiveness? Ask me again in 12 months. Goes Well With:I always use semi-skimmed milk to mix with but I’ve also used this in the BBC good food protein pancake recipe and they taste pretty amazing.

5Tastes good ( strawberry cream ) mixes fairly well, good way to get your protein in, usually use it after training and before bed definitely buy again

Great product
5Great product, tastes brilliant and is rather versatile as you can mix it into yoghurt/oats easily and it does not had a grainy texture like other products can. Goes Well With:Oats Yoghurt Instant oats

Good cheaper alternative
5Always used to get the impact whey but saw this product and it looked great for nutritional value and macros! Tastes great got vanilla and mixes well with everything. Also completely gluten free which is great for the coeliac girlies! Goes Well With:Soy milk, peanut butter and a banana
