For anyone wondering
This product has a 25ug dose, which translates to 1000IU. Not bad, but i would recommend two sprays a day, not one, in winter.Goes Well With:A nice chianti and fried human brain

I can't judge the effectiveness without blood tests, but as a supplement, it's simple to take, very subtle flavouring, can't find any fault with it.
