Works amazingly
5I've been tracking my sleep quality using my Fitbit for a while (I know it's not perfect but it's more accurate than apps that listen for audio) and I've found out that on days I take this, I get significantly more deep sleep, and I'm awake slightly less in the night. Can't recommend this more.

Migraines
5I normally use the My Vitamins Magnesium on their own, however, they have been out of stock for some time. These are a fantastic alternative and I take one before bed to help reducing migraine symptoms. I have only been taking these around 1 week, however, they seem to be doing the job. I have also found that taking before bed helps me get a better sleep. Goes Well With:Water
