Great product
5Great product. After 1 to 2 weeks, they start working and yes, at some point while I am in the bed I just feel sleepy all of sudden, and if you get that timeframe, you just sleep. Obviously is not a magic pill, but I would say it helps me to sleep pretty easily.

5Easy to consume, not awful tasting and very effective. Great product Goes Well With:Vitamin c tablets.

4Good value product. Quite big but fairly easy to swallow. Don't taste good on the tongue but no nasty aftertaste.

Misleading
1With a quick Google Magnesium you'll find that Citrate is a mild laxative and does in fact have nothing to do with helping you sleep as some reviews on here say.Goes Well With:A number 2
