5I haven’t had this in ages and had gotten how good it is before bed. Im not sure it necessarily makes you “sleep better” but I find that when I take it, it is considerably easier to wake up and get going. Fantastic if you are busy and need to wake up early

4It tastes horrible but you can only taste it if you mix it in a drink or its in your mouth for 5+ seconds. I have slept much better since purchasing this product, How ever it does not mix into water very well if you use a spoon - would recommend simple taking it as the tablet.Goes Well With:juice (masks the taste)

Magnesium 10/10 better sleep
