5I was a bit sceptical at first but so glad I ordered these Vegan Apple cider vinegar gummies. They taste great, no horrible after taste like you get with the liquid. They have helped regulate my blood sugar's and have also aided me in my weight loss. These are now a regular order. Definitely recommend.Goes Well With:Vegan multi vitamins Vegan protein water

Keeping to the body starve cycle
5I have these at least three times a day. Taste great. So much easier to take than drinking the stuff in water … yuck! The benefits for me is that they really help me to keep the sugar in my blood meaning they stop those hunger pangs when I’m on my diet cycle. Will power is still required but they help you walk that goal rope.Goes Well With:Cardio, cardio, cardio and eating less to keep your energy input under your output burn.
