These gummies taste great I look forward to them everyday. And they also do what they are mean to. Hair skin and nails all so much better since taking regular. I've been taking these gummies for 2 months now and my nails have never been stronger. I've never been able to grow my nails without builder gel. I haven't needed any gel over the last 2 months, so strong and growing so quickly! However, I haven't noticed any changes to my skin or hair( maybe i need to take them for longer to see the effects of this). But this product is worth it for the nail strength on its own!
