Gut health game changer!
I was diagnosed with IBS around 25 years and suffer with varying symptoms, some of which can appear at any given moment and can last from a few moments to a few days. I'm also diabetic so my gut health isn't great at the best of times. This is by far one of the most effective prebiotics I've taken. I've noticed a difference in ways I won't go into detail about in case you're reading this over breakfast or something but, the upshot is that for me, this has been life changing. I take it with the Pure Apple Fibre and I feel so different, I can't even explain. Goes Well With:Anything that you don't mind tasting a little bit sweeter (e.g. Porridge, smoothie, coffee, juice, etc.)
