Great addition to the multivitamins

Low dose
3They certainly contain potassium and they certainly have a positive effect on my electrolyte balance during and post training (reduced cramping and twitching). However I misread the serving size when I purchased. I'm 110kg and a salty sweater. My potassium requirements when training are around 6000mg per day. At 100mg per tablet I'm having to consume 3 with each meal on top all the spinach, bananas and dried fruit. That's a lot of tablets.
