These work!
5I bought these for hair/skin/nails benefits as I’ve hard lots of good things about Collagen. I have almost finished my first pot of 90 capsules and my skin is so much clearer and smoother, I still get the odd hormonal break out but they seem to clear quicker now than before. My hair is CONSTANTLY falling out everywhere and although this doesn’t seem to have stopped, I have a lot of shorter hairs around my hairline now that I can only imagine is growth! But the biggest improvement has been the strength in my nails, they used to split straight down the middle and I’d constantly have to do my own gel nails just so they weren’t so bendy and weak (which probably made things worse). Now they are super strong with nothing on at all and never split like they used to. Will continue to take these and see what happens further down the line! Only con is they are a bit big to swallow but that’s minor.

Improved hair strength!
4I can’t say I’ve noticed much of difference when it comes to my skin, but hair is in a much better condition. After taking the tablets for two weeks, I’m experiencing less breakage and split ends are far less noticeable. My nails don’t break as easily either.

Collagen capsules a definite!
5I have been taking collagen capsules for a few years now. My hair is less brittle and my nails are so much stronger. I was recommended this product for my painful hip, the capsules have also helped with this. I always buy them when there is an offer on, which makes them such a good price. I would definitely recommend them.

Forgot why I started taking them
3I don't remember why I started taking these, maybe the receding hairline or flaky nails, but my skin is better now.

Fantastic!
5I bought these to improve my nails and skin. Admittedly, my skin and nails are fine, but upon using this product, my nails and skin were in even better condition. I noticed that my hair felt better too. I started using another Collagen product but do not feel it has worked as well as this one, so I've bought it again. I would recommend this product to improve the condition of your skin, nails and hair. I swallow the capsules either with porridge or milk.

5As a woman of a certain age I had read that collagen supplements may help. Within a week I could see the positive effects most especially on my nails which were very weak, within 4 weeks my joint pain has significantly reduced, my hair is looking better and my skin too
