Very good product
5I started using these after being recommended to me by a friend and so glad she did. I initially was looking for something to help ease the pain in my knee joints as I was no longer able to use anti inflammatory medication. Not only have my knees been helped but also noticed a huge difference in the appearance of my skin. I would highly recommend.

IBS Beware
3I took one every day for three weeks, and while I did notice some improvement in my skin & post-gym recovery I had to stop taking them. I have my IBS management down to a fine art and couldn't figure out what was causing my flare up. Until it occured to me that this was the only change I'd made in my diet recently. As soon as I stopped taking them my symptoms went away. It's a shame because I did seem to see some minor improvements but the symptoms just weren't worth it. Might try a different collagen to see if it helps

5Bought this as I have cancer and since having the operation my body doesn't want to produce its normal nutrients to help my hair and nails grow, since taking the tablets, they are growing slowly but surely.

5I suffer with Rheumatoid arthritis and have been suffering with my knees and wrists since starting gym weight lifting classes since taking these I have noticed a massive improvement to the joints and also my skin is looking so much healthier would definitely recommend trying if you suffer with anything similar

Great way to add collagen to my diet

Quick win
5Been taking these for around 3 months now - main difference I’ve noticed is in my hair. It’s grown super speedily and looks much fuller and healthier! Tablet form makes them so easy to consume. Hoping to see more results over time - no complaints!

Great improvement
5I’ve been using this daily for about 3 months now and have to say it’s brilliant. My hair was thinning and my skin and energy were low. I went to the hairdresser recently and she commented on how much thicker and healthier it is and this is the only thing I’ve changed. Definitely recommend
