5Only been taking theses tablets for 6 weeks and my skin is so soft wrinkles are definately less noticeable , my hair and nails have been growing like mad too . Will definately keep buying with a fantastic price too

No more knee niggles
5My daughter bought herself some of these for her skin, she then bought me some for my birthday so thought I’d give them a go. I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference in my skin, however, being a runner and suffering from annoying knee niggles, these are AMAZING! I’ve taken them for over a year now and can honestly say I do not suffer with ANY pain at all when running since taking them. I recommend them to my friend who suffered from terrible hip pain, and again, since taking these she has no problems at all now. She runs also and had even been to the doctors and had physio for the pain. I should be on commission because as soon as anyone mentions and aches or pains, I tell them about these!

Tighter skin
5After a month taking one each morning, I definitely feel my skin is tighter around the face and elsewhere. I have introduced a couple of new supplements and had some outbreaks, difficult to pinpoint the culprit however I will continue to take these as I feel they're beneficial!
