I think something is happeneing!
4Ive been taking these over almost 2 weeks now, nothing else has change in my daily diet and water intake, but my skin feels smoother, can't really feel any difference in my joints but I'm chronically injured so wasn't expecting much. Saying that, my skin is feeling really nice and smooth and soft! So maybe!

Break Outs
1I bought this to make my skin better (not that it was ever bad) and to promote hair growth. I can't say anything about the hair growth but it's made me break out. Spots along my jaw line and on my chest (which i've never had before).

Works
5I added this alongside my other supplements due to having stiff tendons and joints. After 6 months of taking them I can't remember the last time I had stiff achilles tendon. I noticed actual changes 2 months after taking them. Useful for anyone getting up there in age, if I had known how well these work, I would have started taken them years ago.

Get it! Worth the investment
5I don't usually review products as it depends so much on the expectation of the consumer but this one deserves a bit of attention. As sceptical as I was that these supplements would make any difference I have to admit I was wrong. THIS IS THE STUFF! My hair is shinier and stronger and my skin is noticeably smotther and more elastic. Can't really believe it has only been 2 weeks of use. I even ask myself if this is placebo effect but I got comments from other people who don't know I've started taking them. Maybe it won't work on everyone, I don't know, but in the chance it works on you, get it and try for yourself.

5My wife has been looking for so.e of these for a while to help her out with her thyroid issues and since having these she has seen a change for the better so they seem to be helping. The cost was the best around and arrived very quickly

Easy and great
4Easy to swallow, no after taste and perfect size! They have given me that little extra boost to help my skin, nails and hair! Notice the boost mostly in nails and skin which is where I personally see the most benefit !
