5These gummies taste great I look forward to them everyday. And they also do what they are mean to. Hair skin and nails all so much better since taking regular. It wasn’t until I ran out once month and didn’t repurchase again for a while that I realised how well these actually work, as I noticed my skin and nails getting brittle and dull. 4I've been taking these gummies for 2 months now and my nails have never been stronger. I've never been able to grow my nails without builder gel. I haven't needed any gel over the last 2 months, so strong and growing so quickly! However, I haven't noticed any changes to my skin or hair( maybe i need to take them for longer to see the effects of this). But this product is worth it for the nail strength on its own!

Noticeable difference
5I've been taking these for a month and repurchasing now as I have noticed a huge difference in hair and skin. My hair is noticeably shinier and healthier looking. These taste amazing too which is a bonus.

5I absolutely LOVE these gummies. Working in healthcare and having to wash my hands a lot more often than normal my nails have always been really brittle and break but since taking these my nails have been so strong. Goes Well With:Multivitamin gummies
