Can’t recommend enough
5Started taking these as my job is quite hands on and was sick of my nails snapping, since using my nails have grown so strong and painting them makes them look like acrylics! My hair is growing well and feels so much nicer too!

5I bought these as they were highly recommended for postpartum hair loss and I’ve noticed a difference already but the actual taste of the gummies is absolutely disgusting, I struggle to chew them every morning , I might have to get the tablet form next

1Only had these a few days but the taste of them is disgusting and very hard to eat. I definitely wouldn’t be buying these ones again

I love these gummies
5I’ve tried many different gummies over the years because I’m not a big fan of taking tablets, These are by far the best I’ve used. My skin is better than it’s ever been, my hair is noticeably stronger and my nails have never grown this long and strong before. I haven’t changed anything else in my diet so I know it’s from these gummies. Give them a try and thank me later. They taste yummy too. Goes Well With:With breakfast
