Firm Grip!!!
5I'm surprised to know how these figure 8 straps have changed my lifting game. I've been struggling when using gloves or without them, always find the bar slips away from the 7th rep, especially when lifting heavy. This works like a champ, no matter what you're working out with, either dumbells, barbells, pullups...whatever needs a grip these straps will give a firm one to push your limits.

Pretty good so far!
5I've had these straps for a few weeks now and so far, they've come in pretty handy! Especially when deadlifting, I've found that they are very supportive for my forearms and have allowed me to progress further than my grip strength will allow. No rips or tears as of yet.

Hand grips
5I’ve been having dodo in holding bar bells or the handles on the assisted pull up machine, my hands get so sweaty (not nice I know lol) so myPT suggested trying gloves or grips Found these and they were a very good price and they work amazing……I can now lift heavier without the bar slipping

5These have changed the gameee with my deadlifting, unlike other straps you can still hold the bar properly without them making it even thicker!
