5Was pleasantly surprised that this product is actually worth having! The metal spiral ball inside means your whey protein gets mixed really well. Ok, you might get a few tiny lumps - just means you should probably have shaken it for slightly longer - but overall the mix is smooth and the drink itself tastes creamy as it's like it's been whipped. Glad I bought it. According to some reviews you shouldn't leave the shaker unwashed as it will smell. I just rinse quickly after using, and wash it when I get back from the gym, which is totally fine.

Great Product
4High quality shaker perfect for taking powdered supplements. Only issue is the size its rather smalle, wouldnt be suitable for protein shakes cop a metal one for that
