5Quality and value. Holds comfortably 500ml of drink to mix your choice of protein/creatine into. Well made, easy to keep clean. Convenient screw bowls to the bottom of the cup to hold a 30g serving of protein and 3g of creatine comfortably. Along with an extra bowl to hold snacks such as nuts for when on the go. Best I’ve used
5I have used several bottles and shakers over the years. They all seemed okay, but when I got the Mrpro smartshake it all changed. Simple to use and gets every last lump out with minimal effort thanks to the fan style blade used. The individual compartments for the power and blade are great for on the go. I would recommend to anyone.
