5Use it pretty mush everyday, the clear way isolate is such a good way to hit your protein goal as the flavours are tasty with a simple prep.

3I purchased the shaker with a mixed box of clear whey I would definitely recommend this item even though mine leak's for some reason when I'm shaking it I'm constantly checking I've have it on right but still does the job so im happy
