Does the job efficiently
5I don't find any clumping of the shake I use using this shaker. It's quick, easy to use and easy to wash clean afterwards.

5You put the protein in with the metal spiral thing, shake it 15 times with one hand, then fifteen times with the other. Gives a very smooth shake, and easy to clean! Highly recommended!

Lightweight & easy mixing!
5This was a freebie with my most recent order, so I was surprised that it’s actually become my favourite shaker! It’s so lightweight and (most importantly), the lid and clasp are tight so it doesn’t pop open easily and spill. This is an essential for my gym bag! It mixes my shakes so well too, zero powdery texture!
