5As a peri-menopause woman it is vital I get plently of fibre. Great for my hormones. Actually I found this product on a Myprotein article about fibre so it came at the time. I mix this with my morning smoothies & porridge, into my regluar meals. I love this! Plus this product makes me regular (stools). Also I think it made my abs a little flatter due to the waste being passed out. I was really sad that it was out of supply for a while and jump for joy when it became available again. Snap up the chance to it again. Goes Well With:Smoothie, protein shakes, rice, stir frys, curries, porridge, protein porridge, soups.

Absolutely gross
1I really wanted this to be a success but it is absolutely minging stuff. Even when mixed with a flavoured protein powder it is overwhelming. Maybe I'm just overly sensitive to it but I didn't like it. Also it doesn't mix very well.Goes Well With:The bin

It works
5Like all others, it works for that fibre boost to get the system going with a low carb, high protein diet. Goes Well With:I use in all my breakfast smoothies in a blender. Cannot tell it’s there. 3 for mix-ability as it’s not like you can chuck it in water and just mix as it stays separated

5Very good. Used other brand before but this one taste really nice. I'm also celiac and can only use Gf products. Will be buying more.

Just what I needed
5I was feeling quite constipated over the past few weeks and after a lot of elimination, I put it down to the amount of protein I was consuming. This apple fibre was just what I needed. I mix it into my overnight oats every morning. There’s no taste and mixes in really well. Got me going regular again. Goes Well With:Overnight oats
