It didn’t do what it said on the tin
1This product made me ill, I have IBS and was told this stuff was amazing. Didn’t work for me and made the constipation even more severe. Goes Well With:It tastes awful

Great product
5I've been using this for a couple of weeks and have already noticed the benefits. I mix it with a small amount of greek yogurt and it's almost like apple sauce which I love. Mixability in liquid isn't great as it settles to the bottom but in yogurt/sauces it's great. Will definitely purchase again.Goes Well With:Greek yoghurt

Great fibre product!
5Really does the job ahah! Works as a fibre source but it’s not a laxative, very clear distinction. It helps you feel very healthy. It mixes well with oats, you can barely taste anything. However it does take a bit extra to mix it. Goes Well With:Oats

2Tried mixing this into a protein shake (I mix my protein with water not milk) and this was an epic failure, it was very grainy and made the shake taste funky so I now resort to taking like someone else suggested, teaspoon straight into mouth, struggle to swallow with some water then repeat. I haven't tried with a smoothie but can see this working maybe? I also put some if I am making a batch of protein bars with nuts,oats, protein powder etc and this goes un noticed.Goes Well With:small amount of water and swallow protein bar (homemade)

Not Great
1I was buying MyProtein's fibre product but they recently stopped producing it. So I had to default to this, its a real let down compared to their previous product which was excellent compared to this. It does not mix and sits as a 'sawdust' like powder in your drink, and don't try and have it with water alone, The only way I can get it down is in my protein shake and it still ruins it. Whilst I like the other products MyProtein offer, this is a no go for me.Goes Well With:Nothing
