Good Powdered Oats
5I bought this by accident i wanted oats to make oatmeal but this is oat grounded into powder, i need gains so i just mixed it with water add some cinnamon and drink it , it tastes nice :) just need to mix it really well, i think it will help if you want gains without eating, 5kg is a huge gigantic bag as well so it will last a long time.

5Really tasty easy to mix and keeps me full from breakfast till dinner been fantastic will be getting more. Plus it’s a perfect breakfast before training. Goes Well With:Flapjacks

5Easy carbs to get it on the go or with lunch after the gym easy to drink I’ve been doing sweaty workouts and trying to keep weight up is easier with this Goes Well With:Milk and water

Very filling
4Was a bit dubious about trying the oats at first as read a few things on line about them but glad i ignored them and purchased them. The chocolate flavour ones are pretty sweet but fantastic if you have a sweet tooth. I would highly recommend them.

Only good for shakes
4I was really hoping to mix this with rolled oats for my breakfast porridge. If you try and warm it up it turns into glue! Taste on its own isn’t great but is bearable. However, goes great mixed into a protein shake. Goes Well With:Flavoured protein shakes. Milk or water.

5the whey mixes very well with the peanut powder and instant oats tastes good in my opinion and will definitely be a repeat order

Great instant oats
5I really enjoy the instant oats. It’s great for a breakfast alternative when you are busy or on the go. I prefer the moth chocolate flavour. It’s also great in recipes.

Decent Product
5This isn’t the best tasting oats and I don’t find it that great to mix, however for breakfast with topping it’s decent enough and fair to say it does fill you up for a good amount of time. For the reduced price it’s worth it.

5I've been buying this for half a year already and I still love it! So easy to mix with milk, banana for breakfast and that's it, TOTALLY the best instant oats Goes Well With:Milk
