Great buy
5First time I've bought these but will again. Great to add to morning protein shake. I usually have half to one scoop per day. Mixes very well with hand blender. Chocolate is great taste, Highly effective to increase mass.Goes Well With:water

Really great product

Great for breakfast, or pre work out
5I used the recommended amount for one serving and it made ALOT of oat porridge. So next time definitely using less oat powder. Was surprised at the texture and taste. It was very good. Mixes well. As I started my weightloss journey during ramadan i was depending on quakers instant oats which were good but high in sugar and calories. MyProtein kept me fuller for longer. Im hooked. I put it in the microwave for 1min. Take it out and mix, then again for 30 seconds otherwise it explodes and makes a mess if heated too much. Goes Well With:Semi skimmed milk, bit of water and my protein zero sugar raspberry sauce

5First time ordering and myprotein never disappoints me first class delivery with email updates These instant oats are excellent quality I use them for overnight oats and baking flapjacks they are very good Goes Well With:Yoghurt quark use myprotein flavoured drops to add taste they have no calories and are sugar free and vegan free

5Great values for for money for the amount you get, although the powder can be annoying to deal with tossing 2 scoops of it and 1 scoop of the whey Protein but of milk and water in the shaker works great for me in the morning for a quick breakfast Goes Well With:Strawberry whey protein

Major Thickener
3I bought the unflavoured version of this too add to other shakes to add some extract macros. This makes it extremely thick and the recommended powder use is way to much. I only use half if not less otherwise to doesn't dissolve properly and its kind of like eating flour and water. I have heard from a friend the flavoured version is a great on the go speedy breakfast, but again he uses less scoops then the recommended amount. I also use it as a healthier alternative to some flours when baking which is awesome!

Simple, tasty oats
5I ordered two bags of these instant oats because of the simplicity of the product. I made a quick calculation, and came to the conclusion that a tin of oats at the supermarket, would be more expensive than a 2.5KG of this. Also, I'm not a fan at all of warm oats, so this alternative was ideal! I wake up, I put 3 scoops in a shaker + 1 scoop of whey protein, mix it with some water, and voila! I take the shake with some vitamins, and supplements and that's my breakfast done. I liked it so much, I immediately placed another order which included two bags of 2.5KG! Would definitely recommend.

Good but old batch was smoother
4Good fast carbs and really concienient although they have changed the consistency in the new batch and isn’t as smooth as the old oneGoes Well With:Whey protein
