Tastes awful
1I wouldn’t say this has a great taste and it’s definitely not bearable I got chocolate smooth flavour and definitely won’t be using the rest of the pack I bought.

Oats are the one
5Great supplement for both shakes and baking. I blend with oat milk, 1 and half scoop oats, 1 scoop impact whey and 2 whole eggs early every morning, fills me up till late morning, then it's pancake time. x2 scoops, x2 eggs, baking powder toffee flav drops... Game changer. Goes Well With:Any flav drops, goes really well cinnamon Danish protein for both shakes and pancakes

Good product
4Instant oats are great. Easy for morning breakfast, mixes great with water, also i add protein powder which makes the morning shake even beter

Very filling
5Bought these oats 3 weeks ago. Absolutely brilliant even unflavoured. The recommendations is 2 1/3 scoops. I used 1 scoops and that’s plenty of carbs to start the day. Occasionally us a scoop of vanilla or chocolate Diet Whey Protein to mix it up abit. Will be buying again in the near future. Goes Well With:Protein powder Water

Brilliant
5Great way to boost calorie intake. I have it in my whey shake every morning. Simple fast and effective. Only down side is the chalky texture but it’s to be expected with oats.Goes Well With:Whey protein shake

Stodgy and not tasty
3The consistency is more like ready brek, not my cup of tea... Goes Well With:To add some actual flavour, I added Biscoff spread, dark sweet frozen cherry’s and a square of dark salted caramel chocolate
