Instant oats powder
5Very fine oat and takes a bit longer to mix because it clusters easily. Help to fill you up if hunger strikes when you are on diet! Highly recommendedGoes Well With:Milk or berries

Taste could be better
4A little too sweet in my opinion, mixes quickly but does leave some bits at the bottom.Goes Well With:500ml water

3They are nice but not amazing, I am calorie counting to lose weight and tried these 40g is 142 calories and I mixed it with some water and then microwaved for 1 kin and 30seconds and then mixed it added a splash of almond milk and mixed again and microwaved for another 30seconds x2 and then added 2 tsp of sweetner after and it’s nice but doesn’t look or taste like normal porridge it tastes nice but looks like goo tbh no idea how else to explain what it looks like, it was really runny too but it’s so good for calories and size of the packaging with the price too Goes Well With:Water, almond milk, sweetner

Decent Product
4Really nice product. Provides the calories and protein intake I want in the morning and keeps me full until lunchtime. Vanilla is nice and mixes pretty well. Goes Well With:Water

Greens
5In these uncertain times I ordered the greens mix and chia seeds. I am now have a back up if I run out of fresh veg for my morning smoothly. It may not taste great but I am after nutrition not taste and based on that I am very happy with my purchase and the service from MP. Super fast delivery too!

Great for Vegetarians and Vegans
5Started using this in my morning shakes (Using Impact Whey) since being vegetarian. Fits my macros and getting all the protein intake I need. Being a hard gainer as well, this has helped me put on some decent size over the past year. Highly recommend for people on a similar diet.Goes Well With:Impact whey and water. Use creatine as well.

The best fine oa
5I buy the unflavoured version which, you guessed it, tastes like oats. I add 2 scoops of instant oats and 1 scoop of impact whey to 300ml of water/milk. The oats mix really well and never leave any lumps.Goes Well With:Impact Whey
