Helpful product for slow digestion
4My daughter has used this for years to help with her slow digestion. She prefers to drink it in boiled water with some juice as the magnesium tastes very powdery without any flavour added to it. Goes Well With:Boiled water + juice.

4As required & expected. Other reviews accurate as it doesn’t completely dissolve into water. But if you stir and drink quickly it’s totally fine

Works well
5I brought this product initially to help with migraines. Since taking magnesium citrate the migraines have been at bay. I usually take this with a glass of warm water or juice. This product doesn't mix very well but does the job so can't complain. Would definitely recommend.

What a suppliment
5If anyone is thinking of increasing magnesium then this is theming liquid start with hands down. There’s many versions of magnesium but this one’s the boyo in my opinion. Added bonus is it keeps you regular too. Goes Well With:Natural chocolate impact when and a blob of manuka honey.

Less Crampy

Genuinely flavourless
4Easy to use and good quality. I have added it to many different drinks including clear whey (a few different fruit flavours), milk based chocolate protein drinks, squash & also "energy" drinks. Relieved it has no flavour! Can be "gritty" if not mixed/ dissolved well enough.
