5Currently using to help prevent illness as I work in a hospital. Mixes reasonably well but there's always a little left at the bottom of the glass after mixing with water. Tastes like swizzles double dip orange side, tastes tangy.Goes Well With:Water

5I'm training for a middle distance triathlon in the summer and I take Taurine ( mixed with EAA and creatine) during longer swimming and cycling sessions. The increase in power and resistance is noticeable. It mixes very well and is tasteless! Great product.Goes Well With:EAA and creatine

5Started taking it a month ago, usually before bed - helps to calm down and sleep better, as well it great for fitness performance.Goes Well With:Sometimes I mixing it with creatine or magnesium, It’s unflavoured so works fine + I get all my supplements in 1 go.
