Don't feel any difference
2I've been taking this supplement in the past and now again, kind of to help me sleep better, however it doesn't really do anything. I feel the same, sleep (more like don't sleep) the same. Also it doesn't mix well. Goes Well With:Nothing probably

Poor Quality
1Not powder as described. Bag had lesions on it and without opening it I could feel not powder but a massive block of solidified powder. Probably got damp then dried our or something. Seriously, the biggest block is probably 3/4 of the 250g back, a few smaller ones and some powder at the bottom. Not even going to open it as it's probably unsafe now, so can't tell you how it tastes or mixes. Goes Well With:A refund, good luck with that though.

Excellent product
5I naturally take a taurine supplement anyway as I'm epileptic and it helps with my GABA. But I decided to try this in my whey protein shakes after workouts to try and calm me before bed, especially as I tend to workout evening time! It has really benefited me, helps me think clearer, and really helps with my anxiety too. I take twice a day as well as my tablet taurine supplement, sometimes more if I'm having a bad day!Goes Well With:Whey protein & milk
