Good foundation of vitamins
5I use these as my baseline for vitamins. Easy to swallow, and have a decent amount of RDA of regulars for my gender and age group (female, 30's), but I use other supplements to top up for my individual needsGoes Well With:Calcium and Magnesium

Fab dose of vitamins but...
4A tablet containing all these vitamins in one go is great however the tablets in the picture are tiny in comparison to the size of the tablets that you actually receive - just a heads up for people like me who struggle with swallowing tablets! Also it's a shame that the plastic bottle size is so much larger than it needs to be, the bottle is not even a third full with the tablets so it's quite wasteful.

5Bottle size is excessive apart from that great price for a good mix of vitamins. Tablet easy to take and no horrible taste

Perfect
5Had a blood test at the doctors and told iron was low and below range. Started these at 2X a day for a week as a boost then 1 a day and feel much better already! Doing exactly as I’d hope for, not feeling as tired and lethargic as I did pre taking these. Thanks myprotein these are the most comprehensive vitamin all in one Goes Well With:Potassium tablets, a extra vitamin d, and a krill oil

Brilliant
5Needed to take these as I don’t eat a lot of vegetables or fruit and I was getting really tired and drained. These have been excellent I feel more energised and healthier going throughout my day Goes Well With:Water

5These A-Z multivitamins are a no brainer. Take 1 tablet per day with your breakfast & you're sorted. You may also want to consider the calcium & magnesium tablets to make sure you're covered in that department too. Goes Well With:Water, coffee, tea,
