5Decided to start taking multi vitamins and these are ideal, barely taste of anything when you take with a flavoured drink or food and have all the vitamins you need. Would recommend Goes Well With:Food or flavoured drink

Valuable Vitamins
5The A-Z multivitamin tablet is a great way of ensuring you meet your recommended daily intakes of essential vitamins. The small tablet size makes them very easy to consume and their coating leaves no bad taste, unlike some other cheap branded multivitamins. Highly recommended these tablets if you feel you are unable to meet recommended intake from your normal diet alone. Also recommend these for kids as they are easy to take.Goes Well With:Goes down well with any fluid e.g water, milk, protein shake

Great tablet
4Great product, but make sure you drink a lot of water with it. They are on the slightly larger side than your regular paracetamol tablets. Goes Well With:Water and food
