5My son uses this, he has 3 or 4 per day- started gym about 4yrs ago, 13st wet thru- now about 15st, lean, toned and very vain His diet is rubbish- mostly pepperami and yoghurts(due to eating issues) but this stuff has really made a difference to himGoes Well With:He blends it with full fat milk- cant be doing with half fat n stuff

Great taste, great results
5Does exactly what it says and tastes fantastic. One thing I will mention.. Any of the mixes you buy from myproteim just be aware that whatever amount of scoops it says is incorrect. I recommend getting a set of kitchen scales. Take whatever scoop you get with your product and put it on the scales and set to zero then weigh out the exact amount you need per serving or you will easily over scoop and run out easily a few days earlier than calculated. The scoops usually seem to be somewhere between 50-70g depending what scoop you get with yours so worth checking so you don't over scoop and end up with a heavy mix!Goes Well With:Milk
