Does the trick
5I use this for biking and it’s exactly what I need. I have it after every workout or as a meal replacement. Lasts at Minimum a month if you use it 5-6 days a week and the smooth chocolate flavour makes it taste just like a smooth chocolate milkshake. Half the time I forget it’s actually a protein shake.Goes Well With:I use water as it’s easier to drink and goes down faster but can use milk if you want extra protein and calories but ends up being thicker

5I was recommended this product by a friend who was seeing lots of great gains and whilst i've only been on it for a few weeks I am seeing the difference on the scales already. I really like the taste but vanilla flavour is very sweet. Mixes well and doesnt feel too heavy. Definitely planning on sticking with it.Goes Well With:Worth throwing in a banana and sometimes some peanut butter as well.

Chocolate new and improved
1New and improved... well one out of 2 isn't bad. It's new but by no way improved. The taste is quite medicinal, an almost gone off type of flavour. Absolutely avoid this flavour.

Why did you change the recipe
1I was having the extreme gainer blend which I really liked, can't see that is available anymore and seems they sell this instead. Has bits in it which is gross and flavour is worse. So disappointing.

By far the best tasting shake I’ve had!
4The mint chocolate flavour is absolutely delicious. I’ve tried a few different flavours, brands, etc. and nothing comes close to this. Finally a shake that is actually tasty and not one you force yourself to drink. Whether or not it’s having much of an impact I can’t quite tell yet, but either way it tastes so good!Goes Well With:Full fat milk

5Does what it says on the tin. If your looking to gain mass this is the one. Taste great and mixes really well no bits also at a good price point. A must have in any gym kit
