Risk of niacin flush if it’s your first time trying a pre workout
4This is the first time I ever used a pre workout. 2 words-> Niacin flush. Never had this experience before, got me to the gym and I worked out more than I ever had but I don’t think I’ll buy it again because the prickly feeling over my skin wasn’t pleasant for me. I’ve been advised from friends to have taken half or even a 1/4 when using for the first time but I’m happy not using it. The taste was lovely which is why I drank it all!

Tastes Amazing, WIRED
5I was sceptical of this at first but WOW, it tastes amazing (strawberry laces flavour) and it was perfectly sour which I love from a pre-workout. It wired me like crazy and I had one of the best leg days I've had in a while. It was the perfect amount of itch and tingle from the beta-alanine and I would highly recommend this pre-workout over anything else on the store. Amazing stuff. Ordered a tub of it in Blue Raspberry, I was that impressed with it.Goes Well With:Water

Can you go higher than 5/5 on effectiveness???
5I purchased this fine pre as I was feeling unmotivated, and needless to say I felt motivated. As soon as I took a sip, I was on another planet. It was like Jesus came down from the heavens and gave me a gentle kiss and a crisp high five. I knew I needed more. After ingesting a singular dose of the divine liquid, I was gone. There was no need to drive to the gym after I chugged this, instead I sprinted the ten miles. Lightning raged through my finger tips as soon as I bursted through the pure gym entry pod. Men where scared, Women were attracted, all where impressed. After skull crushing my squat PR, I knew pure gym had nothing left for me, so I flew out of the gym and levitated towards the nearest shipping yard for my Mr Incredible workout. I am now him.Goes Well With:water, milk if you're feeling adventurous

Super strong
5Don’t expect to sleep all night if you use it, I halved it and still was strong but god it worked I felt like a machine just didn’t sleep all night Goes Well With:Before your workout and to keep you up all night

Horrible/ pins and needles everywhere
1Tastes horrible. Made me feel sick. Also had a very funny feeling after. Made my whole body feel tingly/itchy. After researching this apparently some pre work outs can give you pins and needles in your body as it effects your nerves. Overall didn't rate this.
