5I used it the first night an hour before i went to bed, amazing i fell asleep in less than 5 minutes usually i turn and toss continuosly but this really helped me ❤️

5Originally I was struggling with the size of the capsules however I soon got used to the size. The taste is not the greatest but I have found the capsules to be extremely effective and my productivity has increased exponentially.Goes Well With:Cereal
