4100% sceptical at first; however as a 1st responder this has inproved my concentration and activity levels. Sleep has improved from 5 hours broken sleep to 8 hours solid deep sleep. Productivity has also improved

5I have been taking Ashwagandha capsules for 3 months. In that time I have had much improved sleep, felt less stress in the day and the capsules have helped with my sweet cravings. I take them after breakfast as I felt nauseous when taken on an empty stomach. Goes Well With:Vitamin B 12

5It’s my friend time using Ashwagandha and I can definitely feel its effect. I’ve alway had trouble sleeping, I can soon feel chilled out and I now get more consistent and better sleep than ever before. The capsules are slightly large (I’ve just had surgery on my neck) so I’m struggling to swallow them other than that so far so good, I will definitely use this product again. Goes Well With:On its own, or wash down with water

Aids relaxation
5Was not sure about this supplement until my Son put me onto it, and it works for me. Definitely feeling a lot more chilled and less anxious about things since starting taking it 3/4 weeks ago. Well priced with rapid delivery too. Recommended.
