3No taste to them, easy to swallow, takes along time to actually work (3-6weeks) to see the benefits, would recommend as my stress sleep and overall wellbeing has improved

5I suffered with postpartum anxiety and constantly had a feeling on dread/butterflies. I got nervous about everyday things I'd normally do with ease. I've been using these around 2 weeks and the feeling of dread and nerves have completely vanished. I even used these for my first day back at work after maternity and I felt completely fine. No side effects yet! Goes Well With:Water and food

Easy to take and effective Ashwagandha.
5Easy to Swallow capsules. I give these to my Autistic son who is not the best at taking tablets but he has no problems with these. He has not experienced and side affects that he or I have noticed. I give these to help lower His Anxiety. After a few weeks this seems to be working. He has been having fewer meltdowns due to his anxiety. He still suffers, but is able to pull back from the worst effects and has been easier to talk down. I'm hoping the Improvement can be sustained and maybe improved a bit more. He's been Ashwagandha Tablets for about 2 months, But he didn't like them, and often gagged and spat them out. He has been taking the Capsules for over a month every day no problems.

Great product
4Usually I have disrupted sleep and cannot go without waking up at least once throughout the night. This product has helped with deep and tranquil sleep and has also encouraged positive gut health. I would definitely buy again on my next order! Goes Well With:Anything, it’s a vitamin so it’s pretty chill to have with other supplements- however, make sure you do some research as there is a very small amount of products you can’t really mix it with.
