4It's my first time consuming BCAA in form of tablet. And I think this way of consumption has helped me to take it responsibly and regularly. Easily digestible and I can see some great benefits in my lifts.

3But why are people complaining about the size of the tablet. Simply break it in half . Take in to go's. Daw 🤣

BCAA Benefit
4Still finishing the tub of BCAA 2:1:1, so not tried these yet. Yet to see if the greater leucine content will make a difference in recovery speeds (whether it will truly increase MPS/make a significant difference in MPS as opposed to the 2:1:1 ratio).
