Why did I wait so long?
5I’ve been working out and playing sports for years and only ever used protein. With age and a transition to more traditional lifting rather than functional fitness I’ve definitely felt the DOMs more often. So I did my research and settled on BCAA to add to my regime and I’m really glad I did. I can bounce back from a heavy push session and not dread tomorrow’s pull day. I used to skip leg day and just use it as a recovery day and do mobility but I don’t feel I need that so I’m grateful I can be an all arounder and do my 6day PPL program without having to skip anything. I’ve noticed some big gains because I can be more consistent and the wife has noticed as well.Goes Well With:Consistency

Booty Gains
5Great product. Girls if you squat and want those booty gains take these with a balanced diet. The tablets are large, but I think people are being dramatic when they say they can’t swallow them. My tip, put a bit of water in your gob before you put the tablet in if it’s that hard to swallow.Goes Well With:Water!

5They are a large tablet but not once have I struggled taking one. I think they have also been very effective with my training and will continue to purchase these.
