Easy to take and seem to be working
5I bought the 30 tablet pack to try these as I bleach the life out of my hair and am trying to get the new growth to be stronger, and also for my hair to grow faster. I have been taking them daily for a month and my hair does seem to be growing faster than normal (I had my roots done when I started taking them, and the regrowth has come through quicker than normal), so I've just bought the 90 tablet pack as I'm about to run out!

Stronger nails and hair
5I have noticed a big difference in taking these supplements - my hair and nails are so much healthier and stronger! I also take the collagen and retinol from myprotein - seems to be the cheapest place to source them and I just add it in the basket when I’m doing shop for the essentials - protein preworkout etc :)

Good results
5I used thes a few months ago but ran out and saw a big difference when not using them! My hair is definately thicker and less fall out i will keep taking these and they come in a bigger size bottle so its more convienient too...thanks my protein!
