4Good breakfast replacement in the morning when I have no time to eat. A bit too sweet, and it would be great to see different flavours but nonetheless great product!

Perfect for breakfast
5I have a very busy morning with sorting kids out to school before work so this product is just perfect to keep me going for 2 hours or so before I have something to eat at work. Great taste. I have bought blueberry apple and vanilla. Both great flavours. Strongly recommended for protein supplementation during busy mornings

Great Breakfast For Those Who Don't Do Breakfast
5I had a bad habit of not eating breakfast because of a lack of time, which led to me grazing throughout the morning. This shake is easy to make in a few minutes and tastes delicious. I was apprehensive but found it to be a very pleasant taste. In 2 weeks I dropped 2.6lbs through using this for breakfast and the protein meal replacement shake for my lunch (plus lifestyle changes). I bought this in other flavours to try so will see if this continues to be effective for me!Goes Well With:Semi Skimmed Milk

Melts away my fat
4It would be hard to believe but whenever I consume this shake it’s like this clears up my system. I spend a good few minutes in the toilet. But after that I feel lighter and feel my fat is lost somewhere. At certain point it’s good but I have mixed views about this. FYI, my husband is totally ok with it and doesn’t face symptoms like me at all. I still feel hungry after having this in my breakfast. Love the taste. Mango passion fruit is the best Goes Well With:Unsweetened almond milk

Best start to the day
5This is amazing especially when your running late for school run then have busy day ahead.. taste so good and a real healthy filler but not a bloated “bonus” Love it Goes Well With:Sometimes I’ll add banana or hand full of frozen berries

Great tasting breakfast smoothie
5Started using this breakfast smoothie to help hit my daily protein goals. I've never been a breakfast person but I've been loving these smoothies every morning. Strawberry and banana flavour mixed with milk tastes exactly like a milkshake and keeps me feeling full until lunchtime. Already ordered another bagGoes Well With:Milk
