5Those vitamins are really good quality.After using more then a months ,i feel better already.I think is really helps for my joints ,because dont feel discharge anymore in my knee.

Great combo
5This is a great combo for many reasons, but mainly my concerns are ageing brittle bones and teeth and reflux. So I get them all covered at once in this capsule.

Effective and easy to swallow
4Brought these with Multi vits and use these as a top up. Noticed a change in feeling healthier overall - more energy etc I take them at night to help reduce bone reabsorption (which peaks at night)Goes Well With:Multivitamins A-Z

5This was very cheap and definitely worth it. The tablets can be crushed and mixed into anything and it is very easily to swallow on its own.
