Great pre workout.
5Been using this for around 18 months and it’s a stable part of my pre workout mix (creatine monohydrate, EAA, l-carnitine). I take 5g 30 minutes before training and starts to work 40 minutes after consuming. Your concentration levels increase massively and you you will literally just focus on the session, set and rep (if you struggle to focus on the workout). Taste is sour but not sure if that’s do to with the additional incidents I take.

Overall great
5This product works great overall.. Had a really good solid pump in the gym (essential for nutrient delivery.. and looks great) The taste is quite bitter/ chemically but I now mix with a small amount of juice and just throw it back.. Only downside is the tiny little scoop especially as you need 7 of them… a larger scoop be a lot easier.Goes Well With:I take mine alongside my creatine

The service delivery is spot on
5Well I've just started taking it, the taste is good, I mostly mix it with the protein powder and other things together. I like that it has a small measuring spoon inside, so they can take the right amount. Goes Well With:It mixes well all round 👏 👌

Good for a pump
5This citrulline mixes well, only slightly bitter taste, i have it in my gym bottle on every session, great for bringing out the veins when you are cutting and always get a good pump from thisGoes Well With:I mix mine with an electrolyte drink and table salt
