Great preworkout
5I haven't been using this long but notice a difference in energy when taken half hour before the gym. Taste is very sour but just drink it quickly in water and all good.

Good value for money
5Bought this on the recommendation of a friend and pleased I took his advice. I purchased 2 packs to take advantage of price at time of purchase, bringing price down so I would recommend this. Didn’t get a scoop in either pack but I have used my Chef measures so easy to gauge dosage. Product mixes easy and I take 2 doses per day 30 mins before my workouts. Could argue it’s a a placebo but personally I feel I’m benefiting from the product itself. Feel stronger during my workout, my recovery time is reduced and this is for both cardio and resistance training. All in I feel I have found a gem and will continue to use given the benefit I feel from using it.Goes Well With:Stimulate, water.
