Great pre-workout pump ingredient
4The MyProtein Citrulline Malate Powder is a great choice for a pre-workout stack as it is highly effective. However, it has a bad taste and doesn't mix well at all, requiring usually rinsing and drinking a shaker to get a lot that is left on the side, plus it's the cheap mix with malate, an organic salt of malic acid, which possibly has no benefit at all over pure L-Citrulline. Nevertheless, given how effective the stuff is, it's still a great buy that you can't go wrong with. Goes Well With:Water, caffeine, glycerol

Brilliant
5Mixes very well without clumping at the correct dose of 15g. The ratio 2.1 is ideal rather than the cheaper worse 1.1. Great pumps and blood flow. Awesome to pop right before a session.Goes Well With:Preworkout

Does as intended
5Citrus taste isn’t too bad when mixed with water, i mix it with a flavoured protein and it does make it slightly sour but not a bad taste. Definitely helps improved the “pump” when taken as a pre workout. Goes Well With:Beta alanine

Great product
5I add this to my pre workout to top up the dosage to effective levels. It’s research backed and adds a sour kick

Works, but get the pure stuff instead
2Definitely feel like this works in the gym if you take the right amount. The problem is addition of malic acid - it tastes downright awful and leads to horrible gastric consequences, if you catch my drift. Do yourself a favour and get pure cittruline, your mouth and your toilet will thank you.
